·   Update on BAN renewal – The BAN was renewed with Tioga State Bank at 1.3%.
·   Review proposed 2016 Budget

·   Propose a new Local Law to rescind Local Law #3 of 1991 which does not permit exemptions for solar and wind energy systems as permitted by New York State Real Property Tax Law Section 487.

·   Update on HVAC work for last year’s Town Barn remodeling
·   Update on Town Barn rebuild
·   Update on privacy fence for neighbor

·   Schedule a Public Hearing on the new Comprehensive Plan to take place at 7:00 PM October 13 (the next Regular Meeting).

·         Update on Pavilion
·         Receive public input on a proposed resolution of support for a test well and LP gas fracking in the Town of Barton. Schedule a vote on this resolution at the next Regular Meeting (October 13).
