1.    Direct purchase of goods and services
2.    Direct engage of contractors to repair the Town Barn
·         Update on what we can expect from NYMIR (our insurance carrier)
·         Hire Rich VanEtten as a temporary assistant mechanic
·         Authorize procurement of a ten-wheel snowplow from Burr’s
·         Authorize procurement of a one ton dump/plow from Reed’s
·         Re-issue State of Emergency (in accordance with GML section 104 a declaration can be for no more than five days)
